Axiomática / AX-2601

El vacío es necesario, pero imposible, como el silencio.

Toda forma requiere un espacio para manifestarse. El vacío absoluto pertenece al ámbito de lo indemostrable: sostiene nuestra manera de pensar el mundo y permanece fuera de la experiencia. AXIOMÁTICA parte de esta paradoja para entender la escultura como producción de vacío y como creación de las condiciones que permiten la aparición del espacio.

Cada intervención se construye mediante una gramática generativa: un vocabulario limitado de acciones y un conjunto de reglas cuya aplicación produce la forma. El sistema establece las relaciones y el lugar determina su manifestación concreta.

AX-2601 traslada esta investigación al paisaje y revela la arquitectura latente de un espacio previamente ordenado. La intervención transforma la experiencia del lugar mediante el recorrido y dirige la atención hacia relaciones espaciales que permanecían ocultas bajo su apariencia natural.

Tras el desmontaje, el lugar recupera su estado anterior, mientras la experiencia mantiene activa una nueva percepción de su estructura.

AXIOMÁTICA / AX-2601 ha sido producida y realizada en el marco de Bañarte, en Baños de Río Tobía. El apoyo de su organización y la colaboración generosa de sus vecinos hicieron posible que AXIOMÁTICA adquiriera aquí su primera forma.

The void is necessary, yet impossible, like silence.

Every form requires a space in which to manifest itself. Absolute void belongs to the realm of the unprovable: it sustains our way of thinking about the world while remaining beyond experience. AXIOMÁTICA begins with this paradox, approaching sculpture as the production of void and as the creation of the conditions through which space can emerge.

Each intervention is constructed through a generative grammar: a limited vocabulary of actions and a set of rules whose application produces the form. The system establishes the relationships, while the site determines their specific manifestation.

AX-2601 brings this investigation into the landscape, revealing the latent architecture of a previously ordered space. The intervention transforms the experience of the site through movement and directs attention towards spatial relationships concealed beneath its natural appearance.

Once the work is dismantled, the site returns to its previous state, while the experience sustains a renewed perception of its underlying structure.

AXIOMÁTICA / AX-2601 was produced and realised within the framework of Bañarte, in Baños de Río Tobía. The support of its organisers and the generous collaboration of local residents made it possible for AXIOMÁTICA to take its first form here.
